Project manager, The Crime Prevention Council in
Denmark.
Trainer and mediator, Danish Centre for Conflict Resolution
(DCCR).
Trained teacher, specialist teacher in child psychiatry.
Former
director of DCCR. Responsible for the co-ordination and
development of content and methods in DCCRs long term
training courses.
2000-2003
Managing the project "Promoting the social climate in
schools" for the Crime Prevention Council in Denmark. The
project includes in-service training for 200 teachers and
headmasters.
2003-2006
Managing a project for marginalised young people comprised
of 12 - 15 year-olds.
1986-96
Co-organiser of and workshop facilitator at 8 international
and European conferences on how to teach peace, arms
reduction and conflict resolution to children and young
people. Co-founder of the teacher's network: International
Association of Educators for Peace.
1994-98
Member of the Danish National Committee for UNESCO /
Educational Branch.
2002-2004
Studying at the University of Copenhagen: Master in
Mediation and Conflict Resolution.
